服務周全，服務態度親切
沙灘泳池都有冰水服務，皇宮內的餐廳服務人員都很棒，都會依照客戶需求滿足，也都會主動詢問用餐的感受，入住之後都是賓至如歸的感受. 門禁方面也很嚴格, 非住戶都會適當的過濾在公共區域, 避免影響住戶.各項設施齊全, 裝潢氣派, 從西到東邊的區域有一公里長, 也在海岸邊設有電動車接駁

The hotel has the best location in Nice and a breathtaking view! Friendly staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Do spend the extras for a room with a balcony - it is SO worth it!

酒店位置很好，服务一流，皇宫奢华贵气，可惜我们时间很紧只住一晚，还未全部参观完内部，房间豪华舒适，早餐丰富美味！我们一位朋友遗漏了东西在房间，酒店房全程有服务及安保人员陪同取回，推荐入住，酒店一流！

This is an amazing hotel, I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one is no doubt the BEST one, very luxury and really professional staff, Hotel is large enough to play a whole day. Great location, you will not miss it.

只是標準5星酒店, 不要期望太多!! 早餐一位235AED, 食物選擇驚奇地少!! 酒店海鮮餐廳SAYAD 不值一提, 我們點了海鮮拼盤和龍蝦湯. 最後主廚親身跟我們溝通, 但我們依經不想再狂餐廳吃了, 十分失望. 如果可以再選手一次, 我不會再到這酒店, This is my wife birthday trip!

很优秀的酒店
装修以黄金为主题，虽然土豪，但是有一定的艺术性，还是经过了静心设计的。服务非常好，前台的中文接待员帮我们升级了房间。酒店提供免费骑骆驼和一些水上项目，沙滩质量很好。适合全家出游。几家餐厅的饮食都不错，尤其是海鲜餐厅！

酒店内部非常富丽堂皇 很多值得浏览的地方。配套也很不错，基本没什么缺点。唯一不足的就是客房内部比较陈旧。 值得体验一住。

还不错，比较适合有小孩的家庭来住， 房间有小阳台，出去就是泳池，酒店有自己的海滩，服务挺好的，就是设备比较好旧了，不够新。然后洗发水那些也不好用。

とてもゴージャスで素敵なホテルです。 非日常を味わうには最良のホテルだと思います。 夕食で、イタリアンレストランがいっぱいだってので ブッフェレストランに行ったのですが、アウトサイドのテラス席はスモーカーが多くて堪らず室内に入りました。ブッフェのお料理は申し訳ないですが美味しくなかったです。
