"The hotel was comfortable and the staff when we checked in were helpful and nice. It was tipping with rain in the morning, so we ask the man on reception to call a taxi. I asked him 5 mins later how long it would be. He said five ten mins. After another 10mins I asked him if he could check on where it was. Turns out he never called for one and got quite argumentative about it. At this point he was being left in charge of the building, but only just being shown how the fire panel worked. Glad I was leaving at that point."
