「Clean & comfortable room. Feel a bit hot and stuffy in sunny summer days, would be better to provide ventilations or fans. Nice food and restaurant. Limited parking spaces at carpark, need to park at back alley.」

「The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. When we were booking the hotel, we knew it had swimming pool and other amenities and it looked great on the photos. The opinions were mixed and honestly I don't know why, the room was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the dining was delicious! We were amazed by the amount of thing happening in and around the hotel, and the actual amount of facilities the hotel provides. We will definately be back to make the full use of the facilities! 「Fast, friendly and welcoming check in. Close to train station and shops and entertainment. Plenty of food outlets or very nice restaurant in the Leonardo for food and drinks. My only gripe was the orange stain down the front of the toilet on to the silicone and floor. 」

「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」
