「Exceptionally clean and pristine and the reviews were on point! 5 minute walk to the beach, pier, and in the heart of all the action with shops and restaurants, yet quiet where you can have a restful night’s sleep. Beautiful rooftop pool with a view of the beach. Secured access code to enter the elevator to the floors which was a plus. MJ was most welcoming, Designated free parking space so this came in handy when we walked the surrounding area. MJ was super friendly and accommodating. ...

「Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience.」

「Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....

「It’s not on the beach as implied in the ad, these photos are AI for sure! The tables were broken no one was there to clean or provide tp during our stay. The kitchen was unusable it was absolutely disgusting covered in foil and burn marks. No smoke detector broken table in the kitchen and living room the dang toilet seat wasn’t even attached… give me a break. The best part was the BANDAID holding the batteries inside of the door lock!」

「The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow」
