"Very helpful staff, beautiful room, lots of breakfast options (and good coffee), about 20 minutes walk from the old town, very close to a big Coop supermarket. About €13-15 to/from the train station We really enjoyed our short stay."

"This was a perfect in between if you’re traveling in Umbria..we were in Orvieto on route to Perugia so we stopped here. Great to have parking! The hotel and all in it was great. Also walking was easy for shopping and great meals and gelato!"

"Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. "This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "
