She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. "A nice family owns this business. Breakfast good. Very hospitable. In the country setting, but not too far from Montefalco historical area. We recommend this place and would stay again. Need a car to enjoy the area."

"This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "
