We stayed at this beautiful air conditioned apartment 1 night. Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress. Great location, in walking distance to the city, shops and restaurants and close to the bus and train station. The host was very friendly and helpful with instructions to find the apartment. Definitely recommend this apartment. Grazie mille Alessandro!

The location was super easy to find and the property owner very helpful and available. Air-conditioning was great, and the cleanliness overall was above average. There were small details in the kitchen that we shared with the owner, who was very receptive to amending. We would definitely return. For the Giostra della Quintana, it is perfect - only a block away and a short walk to the historical center piazzas. The vibe and quality was spot on. 4.5/5 stars

In a very quiet passageway very close to the old centre. A short walk to the station. The people in the town very friendly. Lacked an iron, board or dryer. Comfortable large bed. Highly recommended. Not so EXPEDIA who formerly advised us the room was available 2 hours before it should have been and the host had to scramble cleaners to get the room ready early. Well done to the host. Expedia I hope your AI picks up this complaint. Let’s see

Nothing major, just small things that kept it from being perfect. I would have liked a coffee pot and microwave. The floors needed a better vacuuming. Staff was excellent and accommodating. I don't know where the disconnect was but I thought I was booking the full apartment but was initially placed in a very small single room with bathroom. Fortunately the full apartment was available so we were able to switch to that on the second day. Just be aware that there are 3 properties available but only one is the full apartment where virtually all the pictures were taken.

Very Impressed

I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to laundry through the property manager. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We were waiting for some sort of catch given how big and nice the apartment looked online but from our experience everything was completely legit. Highly recommend!

Very Impressed

I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to a laundry service. It looked exactly as advertised. Everything was smooth through the process of checking in and leaving. Also Foligno was beautiful!

sono stata due volte in questa struttura, stavolta in un appartamento diverso rispetto al precedente. questo appartamento è composto da 2 camere molto spaziose, una cucina dotata di tutto l'occorrente per preparare e conservare i pasti e un bagno con doccia. Presente anche il materiale per lavare le stoviglie e il forno. Gli arredi sono nuovissimi! L'aria condizionata è presente in tutte le stanze e funziona benissimo; le camere sono ben isolate e nonostante il forte caldo, era sufficiente accendere l'aria condizionata un po' prima di dormire e poi dormire anche con il condizionatore spento. Le camere sono molto luminose ma dotate di tende oscuranti. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è in pieno centro. Sistemazione estremamente raccomandata per i vostri soggiorni a Foligno. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

L'appartamento è molto ampio, molto più ampio di quanto potessi immaginare; è arredato di tutto punto con mobili nuovissimi. Il soggiorno è la parte più spaziosa, dotata di una cucina attrezzatissima (compreso forno e lavastoviglie), un grande tavolo, una TV 55 pollici (forse 60) e un comodo divano. Inoltre è molto luminoso e con terrazzino che affacciano sulla strada. Ci sono poi 2 camere spaziose con letti matrimoniali e una TV in ogni camera. L'appartamento è luminosissimo ma ci sono tende oscuranti a TUTTE le finestre. Il bagno è con doccia ed è presente un antibagno con un ulteriore lavabo. C'è anche l'aria condizionata ma non l'abbiamo utilizzata. L'appartamento è in centro e a due passi dal centro di selezione e reclutamento dell'esercito. Che altro dire... l'appartamento è bellissimo!

Excellent. Nous recommandons sans hésiter

L'hôte était très accueillant, serviable et disponible. Il nous a aidé pour le stationnement de la voiture. Celui-ci était à quelques pas de la réservation. Le logement est accessible par ascenseur après quelques marches. Il est spacieux, très propre et à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. Il y a les ingrédients de base (huile, vinaigre, sel, pâtes) pour préparer un repas. Très appréciable : il y a une climatisation dans chaque pièce.

Camera confortevole in posizione comodissima

Camera confortevole ed in posizione comodissima per visitare Foligno. Essendo inoltre vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e fermata dei bus è risultata comoda anche per visitare le cittadine vicine usando i mezzi pubblici. Accoglienza cordiale. Unico neo la finestra su un cortile interno buio.

Pratica location per concorsi.

Appartamentino comodissimo, davanti al centro di selezione (qualche minuto a piedi) anche da dividere. Gestione famigliare. Comoda cucina. Arredamento nuovo. Il parcheggio gratuito è raggiungibile a piedi ma non attaccato, altrimenti strisce blu in zona.

top house per visitare l' Umbria

L' appartamento Glicine nel quale abbiamo soggiornato è spettacolare: enorme, pulitissimo, arredamento moderno di alta qualità. la Casa ha ogni comfort e si trova in un punto strategico sia per visitare Foligno centro storico a piedi sia per vedere tutte le altre cittadine famose, da Assisi, a Rasiglia, a Spello. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Super Consiglio questo alloggio per le vostre vacanze!
