「Room was beyond my expectations and could imagine no other place to stay in pensacola. I've gone to other places and this blew them out of the water!!!!」

「The staff is always so kind at this hotel. We keep our vehicle here every year when we leave town for two weeks and it’s always in the same place and same condition as we left it. Definitely worth the savings at the airport to stay here a night and keep a vehicle there for the two weeks we are gone. The beds are always comfy and we enjoy our stay. The shuttle drivers have always been so sweet and helpful! 」

The construction underway was understandable, but there's was no warning that breakfast would not be served and that was very disappointing. The bathroom doors had some disturbing splatters. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Would stay again, but not for a full price with lacking amenities.」

「Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant. We set the room temperature to 72 degrees in order to sleep well but it was automatically reset to 82 degrees during the night; it was so hot that we woke up and had to reset the thermostat. Meanwhile, the AC was extremely loud. The insulation was not good, as you can hear people talking in the surrounding areas during the night. The complementary breakfast didn’t offer many choices.
