「Facility nice and clean.」

「Dirty room, no place to plug in phone to charge. Pool not working or available.」

「Room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Perfectly fine stay and worth the money. If I’m being nit picky. The wood furniture was all very sticky, maybe the cleaning spray reacting to the varnish? Also, very cheap toilet paper, kinda annoying it’s just tears as soon as you touch it. Shower had good soap and shampoo just in an awkward location in the shower where you hit it all the time. Other than that small stuff it was a clean modern hotel. 」

「Room was beyond my expectations and could imagine no other place to stay in pensacola. I've gone to other places and this blew them out of the water!!!!」

「Breakfast left a lot to be desired no fruit at all toaster waffles only caffeinated tea was very disappointed. The grounds need more markings between the curb and the pavement yellow strips because the curbs and the pavement are the same color. I twisted my ankle on one. The staff was very nice, but the place itself needs some updating and not plastic flowers in the flower pots.」

「Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. 」

「Check in person was cold as if she didnt want to be there. We asked for an extra blanket and she said there were none. Room was very musky feeling and the bed was a basic walmart matress... worn out. Was not worth the price for sure. 」

「It was not clean enough, and after the night I got a bug bite, I know where it’s from and my cat gets flea again after live at here. 」

「The nastiest place I’ve ever stayed! We left and left the room with two nights paid!!! Never go there!!」

「Clean and convenient 」

「1st room was infested with roaches and the whole building smelled like smoking indoors was allowed. Second room did not have roaches but needed so much work. Locks on the doors didnt even seem to hold up. When the smell of smoke was brought up staff said they can’t control what the guests do. 」

「Has bed bugs!!! And EXTREMELY rude customer service.」
