「Quite, Clean and the location」

「Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend.」

「I had a terrible experience with them. The quality/amenities of what I booked for was not what was provided. For instance I booked for a full apartment with kitchen and pool available, however, I was given a very tiny bed sitter with a kitchenette and no pool or bar whatsoever as was advertisd.The standard of accommodation provided was very poor in comparison to the amount I paid for.
