「If you are not good at climbing stairs, or if you are carrying 2 or 3 suitcase with you, never book a room at 1st floor . My experience is that, after I have brought the suitcase up the narrow and winding staircase, I need to take a two-hour rest before I can have the courage to think about going out. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable.」

「Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met. Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful!
