沃利 5 星級飯店

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「Excellent hotel experience」

「The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. 」

「Housekeeping is not very good for a five star hotel」

「Terrible service, huge disappointment overall. 」

「👍」

「Room is very comfortable, the hotel is located in a place that is very near to an underground station. Convenient to go to different places. Staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「The staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were welcoming and friendly on arrival and so helpful too. We genuinely felt valued as guests and my daughter and I will definitely be returning. All the staff were smart and well presented. The hotel itself was clean, tidy and had lots of things we loved. The little extra touches in the room were lovely too. Lovely comfy and clean room. Wonderful stay, will definitely book here again.」
