「Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Balkon. Auch das Bad ist großzügig mit barrierefreier Dusche. Das Zimmer wird vormittags sehr gründlich gereinigt und auch am Nachmittag wird nochmal vorbeigeschaut und z.B. Kaffeetassen ausgetauscht und der Kühlschrank kostenlos mit Wasserflaschen neu gefüllt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, so etwas sind wir sonst nur aus Asien gewohnt. Auch die...

「Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room.
