「View很棒，整體不錯但早餐時間太晚（07:00開始）對要趕飛機的人，可能會吃不到，另外有一點比較糟糕是shuttle bus要先登記，我們按飯店給的時間表提早去指定地點等車，等了20分鐘，車沒來，只好走回飯店，問服務人員才說需要先登記，這點覺得有點不合理，而且我們登記shuttle bus離開飯店時，櫃台人員也沒和我們說明，走路回飯店感覺超差的！」

「Hotel staff is very nice, mindful and quick response! I asked for a pot of hot water, they can send it over within 15 mins. Breakfast is very delicious (plata of ham, bread, yogurt) and of course the hotel view is awesome. However, you can think about other restaurants for dinner.」

Our initial room had some issues with noise from a vent however the hotel was very accommodating and switched us rooms with no problem. The food, drinks and views from the lounge and restaurant by the water are unbeatable! Also very close to downtown Sorrento, with free shuttle or 10 min easy walk.」

「The property is very dated for the price you pay and the gym is unusable and should not be advertised. It smells and has no air conditioning. Breakfast quality is average but the restaurant staff are lovely.」

「This hotel was delightful! The location was spectacular. We had fabulous views of the sea and the Costello Aragonese. We were able to walk into town for shopping and restaurants. But the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Only tip- if you want a table closest to the water- make that request before you arrive. We never did get one for dinner.」
