Was exceptional in all aspects . . Professional. Positive. Outgoing. Perfect English. Natural...

「The room is clean and nice. The spa decoration and facilities is poor like 2 stars. Restaurants are limited choice. The shower water is not hot enough. 」

「Staff was always ready to help and their brunch was delicious with so many choices Their general manager Roy was always available to address your concerns or queries Highly recommend」

「The staff was excellent. So polite and friendly. Especially the Kitchen/Restaurant Staff and the Reception Staff. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. 」
