「very nice very good」

「Dit is gewoon een prachtig resort met mooi waterpark en mooie luxe schone en grote appartementen」

「Pool was amazing. Lots for the kids to do.」

「Tirando a limpeza que tive que limpar o resto estava tudo perfeito」

「The communication was exceptional, before, during and after the stay. Friendly. Everything was like in the pictures. You got everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as your own home.」

「Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)」

「The rooms were a bit dusty and the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner」

「La ubicación La facilidad de entrada Y el precio Lo recomiendo」

「The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

「Staff was great」

「The couch downstairs was very dirty. The drawers for the fridge were broken. The garbage can foot pedal was broken and cut my daughter’s foot. The barstools at the counter were very unsteady. Up stairs in the master bathroom there was black mold on the shower wall. The shower door frame rail was all dirty and rusty. Both sets of bunk beds were very unsteady and couldn’t have anyone sleep on the top bunk. During our stay there one of the bathrooms had ants coming from the wall. Property...

「I had no contact with anyone that worked there. The only thing I can say is I’ve never stayed at place in Orlando where the house was that dirty. The carpets were absolute filthy. There’s no way anybody has cleaned those carpets in the last century. The main bedroom en suite the shower curtain was disgusting. There was a mattress in the closet for a crib that had pee stains on it, and you couldn’t even hang your clothes because the mattress was in the way. Filthy!」

「The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. The apartment suite was clean, but not the level of clean I am used to. There were stains on the throw pillows. There was an airpod (not ours) under the bed which was an...

「Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken,...

「Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of...
