「Entire experience was 5*. Staff were very attentive and friendly, room was spacious and clean, shower was powerful, bar and restaurant were nice and food was great, including the Elveden lager. 」

A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

「The Northgate is in an excellent location which allows you to explore Bury St. Edmonds with a short walk. The rooms and the grounds are beautiful and the syaff amazing. We did the chefs table dinner and had auch a fantastic meal! Would highly recommend」
