「The view of the room is fantastic! The location is perfect! Many stores around and it's on Queen Street, the famous shopping area of Auckland. Walkable distance to a metro station, which is also a hub of many metro lines so that it's easy to go anywhere you want. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Loving experience. Would like to stay again for my next Auckland trip.」

「Nice hotel with really nice facilities. The only downside is that the rooms are too dark with black walls and not good lighting. There’s no chrome cast which is a bit annoying. Other than that the gym is good, and the spa area is amazing!」
