"Very elegant well maintained hotel with excellent staff and an excellent general manager. We were troubled by cramped bathroom, lack of a power socket in the bathroom, a lack of any clothes storage. There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. "

"Have stayed at many of the Taj properties and experienced very high standard service. This property doesn’t live up to a Taj standard. Totally disappointed with the food offerings and limited amenities. No luxury feel no pampering. Other than the view nothing worked for me. They need to get their game up."

"Property is huge and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Biggest problem we faced in the green room was there was a group of people listening to loud music and partying till late night in the common garden. It was a terrible experience. Our kids were not able to sleep. Thanks to Aman he confronted them and requested to lower it down around 11.30 pm. But the the lady at the reception, Preeti, was seemingly very arrogant and didn't even bother to acknowledge our complaint. Hospitality means "

"This is one of the best properties I've stayed in India( Mussorie). The service was top-notch, and the staff was always available for housekeeping and any other needs. I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. The views are amazing as well. i recomend this place if you are looking for luxury staycation"

"The room itself was very good, but due to a burst pipe there was a strong unpleasant smell constantly coming into our room. Additionally, because of a haldi ceremony taking place, we were not allowed to access the pool. We did not expect this kind of experience from such a reputed brand."
