「We enjoyed the stay at the Dream inn. It took several hours before the warmed up to comfort on first night. Shower door is beneficial due to slip and fall in f not careful . Overall, it t seems as a pleasant stay and the staffs were very helpful. Thank you all」

「We enjoyed this hotel the most on our entire 5 week trip to India. From the time we arrived we felt welcome. We loved the spiritual atmosphere very much. The restaurant staff were just as great. As westerners, we just can’t handle the spiciness of Indian cuisine, and the staff was very accommodating. They remembered to make sure we had food at every meal that was delicious. We enjoyed the Aarti at the main hotel as well, but liked the atmosphere of Holy Water better. We can’t say enough good...

The mountain inn is perfect in ever way: Outstanding location, thoughtful and guest centric touches and personalised service, both front office and F&B showed a distinct willingness to please the guest, excellent food and restaurant, lovely rooms that have been redesigned without overt modernisation. Couldn't find fault with anything in Rokeby Manor. 」

「Ok hotel with fine placement in the city, view to Ganga and exit directly to market area. Room was fine and bed comfortable, no curtain to the shower area in the washroom why everything was wet after having taken a shower. Restaurant was nothing to write home about. About 2,5 km to nearest wine shop.」

「Friendly staff, good food」

「Cons: we booked a jungle view room which really turned out to be a junk view. Not hotel fault but surrounded area is residential and all dumped in their backyard!! Secondly, it was very very cold in February, and hotel tried to beat it up by portable oil heaters! Three hours and nothing happened!! We complained a lot, and finally they moved us in a room where there was a real wall heater!! Great relief. Good that it was not a busy season and a room was available. But not having a wall heater is...

「Great for the price but you get what you pay for. Its acceptably clean, comfortable and safe. BUT very noisy, congested, dirty location. If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. 」
