「It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far , excellent staff ,big rooms with shower and tub and extremely friendly staff very helpful and walkable to down town and excellent inclusive breakfast .I would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel .」

「An old an hool elegant hotel with excellent friendly and competent staff who make it special staying there. The style of the hotel is sadly sometimes not matched by the elegance of the guests who should try to at least dress appropriately when drinking in the lovely terrrace bar. Comfortable well equipped rooms with excellent room service and scrupulously clean 」

「一開始很辛苦的扛著行李爬坡到飯店，沒有電梯而且住到頂樓，不過窗戶打開看到很漂亮的grindelwald view 就覺得非常值得！ 在小山丘上的飯店 非常的漂亮！」

「sehr schöne, licht durchflutete, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Wohnzimmer und Küche strassenseitig mit Sicht auf dem See. Gute Zimmereinteilung, viel Platz. 2 Badezimmer. Küche mit allem nötigen Komfort (Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Ofen, Steamer/Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, GWM). Sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliche Vermietung. 」

「We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. 」
