From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was impeccable. Out one bedroom suite over looking Lake Geneva was unbelievable. I wish we could stay a couple more days. I would recommend anyone visiting Lausanne stay at the Palace !

The hotel had a perfect location to hop on the Metro and to take the train as well as convenience to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. Beautiful hotel

Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great service. We enjoyed our balcony facing Lake Geneva and would eat breakfast and relax on it. It’s located in a great area with many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning as other hotels we’ve stayed in Switzerland did not. Overall a A + experience and we’ll be back.
