「This hotel was the one-night magical stay we were hoping it would be. It felt like a well-maintained step back in time. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the grounds were STUNNING. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was to sit at the restaurant and to be outside - the flowers, the views, the touches. Absolutely loved it! My only disappointment was that we were there for our honeymoon, and even after contacting them before, the hotel didn't acknowledge...

「Our concern has to be raised regarding our stay on 23 June 2026, during which we booked two Superior Rooms (317 and 319) and one Standard Room (310) for a group of 6 travellers. Despite paying 16% more for the Superior category, both Superior Rooms were smaller than the Standard Room and had poor views facing the opposite building’s wall. In contrast, the Standard Room was more spacious and offered an open view. This does not align with the expected higher grade implied by the “Superior”...

「Very good lake view, and very comfortable room Transportation is needed for reaching the hotel, otherwise will be a 20mins walk from Montreux train station. I was walking there, but the name of the hotel in "Hotel.com" is different from its real name! Which made me almost 20 mins to find it. Very good for the hotel to provide me a free transportation tickets, which allows me travel around by bus.」

「The hotel makes for a decent budget option. The rooms are a bit small but with the bunk bed so sleep four. If you have more than two large pieces of luggage space will be tight. The beds and pillows were on the hard side for our personal tastes but we sleept ok. It was rather warm during our stay, over 27 degrees C. We kept the windows open and, while the staff provided a fan, it was still warmer than we were comfortable with. Four bodies in that room generated quite a bit of heat. If you're...

「The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road....
