One of the best hotels in our Switzerland trip!! Very clean, very quiet and all amenities were top notch. The restaurant accross the street was wonderful, and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station and chateau chilon. Super awesome stay!

The hotel is old but exceptionally clean and neat. Staff go out of their way to accommodate you and Maggy at reception gave us so much information about the surrounding area and the Jazz festival. Very well located to get in and out of Montreux.

Great location

Nice little hotel that's not fancy but is at a good location with a great sunset view. Restaurant opposite is good and opens late. Parking is convenient, just roadside. has lifts.

Unexpected request to pay again at check out

I was ask to pay during the check out which i was not expecting since i had already paid while booking the hotel via hotel.com. The receptionist explained that my online pymt was a hold/deposit only and since i had to pay in CHF, the total ended up being more expensive due to the exchange rate. Otherwise the service was fine. Good breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, coissant/pain au chocolat, bread, yogurt, fois gras and boiled eggs. I love the wide variety of options available on the coffee machine from expresso to capuccino. The shower/toilet room was quite spacious and had very good pressure for the shower head. The room was ok but since it was refitted for 3 twin beds, one of the headbord light switch was right in the middle of one of the bed which was not ideal. We also had a balcony facing the lake but had to keep the windowand door closed at night since it is very noisy unlit very late dure to the road and restaurant in front of the hotel.

Alles gut, super nette Leute!

+ super freundliche, nette Leute! Sowohl am Telefon, an Rezeption, beim Frühstücken, bei Abreise (Hilfe mit Gepäck), 5 Sterne! + Gute Abdunklung im Zimmer (Rolladen) + Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer & Wasser da ! ~ Gebäude ok, alles sauber und ordentlich aber doch ein bisschen älter…. ~ Zimmer mit Seesicht ist echt toll, allerdings recht viel Verkehr auf der Straße, nicht so ruhig ~ Frühstück ok, nicht besonders toll (z.B. kaum Käseauswahl), aber gemütlich und Service sehr nett - hatte ein etwas kleines Zimmer (DZ zur Einzelnutzung), war vielleicht das letzte weil Jazz Festival in Montreux… - Preis/Leistung nicht so toll, aber während Jazz Festival ist alles ausgebucht und überteuert…

Tolle Lage und gutes Hotel

Die Hotellage ist super. Schöner Blick auf den See. Die Zimmer angenehm von den Temperaturen, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Schade dass es keine Parkplätze gibt. Da wir nur eine Nacht im Hotel waren und wir am nächsten Tag weiter gereist sind gings. Wir haben keinen Parkplatz gesehen wo wir den ganzen Tag das Auto hätte stehen lassen können. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze waren für max.4h tagsüber und ab Abends 18 Uhr immerhin bis am Morgen.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Eva, the hotel manager, is exceptional. After an unfortunate cycling accident she took time.to call me in the hospital to check on my health, and even offered to come and collect me and my bike. Hotel is clean and fuctional with a wide selection of food options at breakfast.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön an der Riviera von Villeneuve gelegen. Es ist sauber mit freundlichem Personal und der Service ist gut. Über die Strasse befindet sich das dazugehörende Restaurant, wo man sehr gut ist und einen ungestörten Ausblick auf den Genfersee hat.
