「喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。」

「Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!」

「Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax」

「I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay here so much! The location is perfect, just within 3 mins walking distance to the old Venetian harbour and nearby attractions. The room was modern designed and decorated. I especially loved the bathroom as the shower area was the spacious one I’ve ever seen. I must mention the FREE breakfast here, the restaurant offers a wide varieties of choices at the buffet bar, additionally, I could order other options from their a la carte menu. 「The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.」

「This hotel was really special (the online pictures do not capture how great the property is). We had the larger room for our family of 4 and it was really great. The staff was extremely attentive and the breakfast was lovely (an excessive amount of food and lattes were offered!!). They even offer to bring the breakfast to your room if you prefer. They directed me to a free public lot for parking which was about a 7 minute walk. We would absolutely stay here again.」

「Amazing family owned design hotel, with a very helpful staff. They know everything about the Island, and are very happy to answer your questions. It’s a 10 min walk from the cowded harbour/old town, parking is easy if you got a rentalcar, like we did. Breakfast was very delicious too. Our best recommendations to this hotel and family.
