We had such a lovely stay at Domus Blanc. Everything about the hotel feels thoughtful and well designed. The service was absolutely exceptional throughout our stay, the team are so warm and friendly, and are happy to help with anything. I'd recommend Domus Blanc for anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming place to stay.

Such a lovely stay here. Everyone was so friendly, we stayed with our 5 month old and they were very accommodating. Great breakfast. Lovely little pool out the back for morning sun, reasonably close to walk to different places to eat and the old town is circa 25 mins walk away.

I don’t leave reviews often but our stay at the Domus Blanc was one of the best and greatest stays in any establishment (and we travel a lot!). The main reason was the hospitality. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, giving all sorts of tips. Without ever being intrusive. The place is also just beautiful. It is a 25 min walk to town. Who’s was fine for us. We found a nice walk ocean front that was very pleasant.

Wonderful family stay

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. They were so helpful in accommodating needs of our baby and us as new parents. Having a sitting room and two bathrooms was very helpful and the two terraces were wonderful. the accommodation was beautiful and clean and we left very relaxed. I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Amazing!!!

An absolutely amazing hotel, staff were amazing and the breakfast is probably the best we’ve had anywhere. Really can’t recommend this hotel and the staff enough. We plan to return to Crete and would definitely look to stay here again

Amazing boutique hotel in Halepa

We had a wonderful time staying at Domus Blanc. The facilities are brand new and tastefully appointed. The staff are second to none, so amazingly nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Easily one of the most relaxing hotel stays we have been on, and we cannot wait to plan a return to Chania!

My husband and I absolutely loved this property. We had such a wonderful time and the staff were so kind! The service was wonderful and the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious! They even prepared breakfast boxes for us since we had to leave early due to an early flight. I definitely recommend this place to new time travelers. We will definitely return in the future.

Exceptional hotel with exceptional ataff

This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are pristine and luxurious and the grounds are just beautiful. It is a small hotel but I think it makes it all the more personal. I have a severe soy allergy and often find it difficult to eat out but they were so considerate to this and made it very easy for me.

Stunning hotel - perfect design & great breakfast

Amazing new hotel with fantastic service & amenities! Breakfast was personalised, large & tasty - really enjoyed the options. The breakfast pastries tier was super cute & a lovely touch. Nice outdoor bar & bar menu. The rooms are really large, modern with a stunning design. We stayed in a hot-tub suite, unfortunately the awning was broken but staff were wonderful & removed within 24 hrs so we could get some tan time in. The overall hotel design is top quality & boutique-y, with all mod cons. The pool was small but perfect, not so many loungers but they were super comfy & the hotel allowed us to reserve if needed. Location wise a good 25min walk to get into Chania old town, but there are 3 fantastic restaurants in easy walking distance with incredible views! My OH used the gym & said slightly style over substance > but great to have it available in the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a short stay 4-5 nights for some great relaxation.

Just got back from one of the best weeks holiday my family and I have had. We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful staff with a welcome drink and the warmest of welcomes. A quick and easy check in, including a small history of the hotel being having used to have been the French Consulate. Shown up to our room and guided on the hotel and the rooms controls, we felt relaxed straight away. A short rest stop, and as we went to leave the hotel for a walk, we were told about the buses and transport options and wished a lovely evening. A short walk (100yards) to the bus stop and on the number 11 bus into Chania town. Coming back later that evening, we were greeted in what we discovered to be the normal way by the hotel staff, happy and cheerful and interested in our evening. We had a pleasant drink in the garden, and retired to a very comfortable room and beds. Breakfast the following morning was served until 11, we never arrived until 10:30, this was as we discovered never an issue, and the staff always greeted us happy to help no matter what and when. Breakfast was two fold, a 3 tier plate with breads, cakes, pastries, and two juice drinks and a fabulous nutty chocolate thingy. The, the al la carte course would come, a choice of pancakes, eggs and other. Enough to have a different choice each day, rounded off with fresh water and coffee of choice. Every day was the same excellent quality and service, we quite often spent until 12 there and a coffee top up was always offered

Perfect little gem from which to explore western Crete. Staff are extremely friendly and the service level very good. The food in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner was very high-quality and very tasty.
