"I have stayed at this hotel twice and the staff is absolutely lovely. They are warm and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and comfy and it is very conveniently located. Both times we attended a show at the Avalon Theater, which is right across the street and it is wonderful to leave a show and have the hotel two minutes away.
However, we paid over $300 for one night and breakfast is not included in the price. Plus, we were not able to park in the parking lot behind the hotel because it was full and we had to find street parking. The rooms do not have refrigerators. The bathrooms are very small. I am not a large person and the shower was a very tight fit for me. It must be very uncomfortable for a full-size human."
"I had a great stay at the comfort inn…the staff was friendly, and the pool and room was very clean. All for a reasonable price. We will be coming back"
"I'm giving this "POOR" rating to Hotels.com not the Quality Inn itself. Hotels.com considered my booking a "prepaid " reservation. When my vacation plans fell through I could not cancel my stay even though I tried to cancel it before check-in time. I had to pay for the room anyway. Very poor policy and I will not be using or recommend them to anyone. Thanks for nothing and I hope you enjoy my stolen money."
"I was a solo traveler and stayed one night. The property was just okay. Everything appeared old and somewhat maintained. As a man, I was comfortable. However, I would not felt comfortable leaving my wife alone there for the evening. The breakfast was a joke. So don’t count on eating breakfast at the hotel. There is a full service restaurant adjoining the hotel’s parking lot. The food was good. I don’t require a lot when traveling, but I say pass on this one if you do require a “fancy” hotel."
