「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「From my phone call prior to arrival to see about accessing our room a little earlier to check in and check out we were thrilled with Hotel Haya and the entire team. Our room was so comfortable and there is so many places to store clothes - drawers, cubbies, and ample closet space. Great balcony, right over 7th Avenue. Excellent blackout drapes. The manager at the front desk, Teneekqua,is fabulous and Katie at check-in has a great smile and attitude. 」
