"Overall our stay was great. It had what we needed for our short stay. Place was clean and stocked well enough for just the two of us. The only thing we had a hard time with was the big foam pad on the bed. It wasn’t comfortable and when we looked, the support legs in the middle under the bed weren’t upright and wouldn’t stay upright so we both kept sinking to the middle. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay."

"Beautiful property. perfect for a group of 8! ... There were minor problems with communication. Information was not clear. Had to call to clarify on entry into property using lockpad. Code was incomplete. I guess they assumed we would know how to complete the code to gain entry. Also, WiFi password what not available to us till we called to get it hours later. "Overall the house was excellent. Plenty of room and lots of things to do at the house. House was huge with plenty of room! The only negative thing and it’s very minor is/ was the hidden fees. They don’t show up till you are purchasing. Expect a cleaning fee and if you don’t want to travel out to Scottsdale to get the key then expect another fee. These should be disclosed in description. I expected some of it since it is like an Air BNB place. Again minor detail. Overall very excellent house to...

"Very accommodating to our group. Great to work with on getting the property set up and reserved. Quick response on any problems or issues. We would definitely rent this property again when visiting the downtown Phoenix area."

"This property was comfortable. It only sleeps 6 however. There should be basic things like toilet paper supplied."

"Thing I would change that is structural. Needs a door on master bath. Husband goes to run early in morning, then returns to shower. Closing off bath would eliminate noise and moisture in bedroom. Transom window needs covering."
