「This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and welcoming . I will have to say the front desk workers were not that friendly...they were not rude just not pleasant. The only other disappointment was the pool was closed due to rain and did not reopen after the rain stopped. The elevators were so beautiful inside. The rooms were so clean and very spacious, the decor was so tropical and relaxing, beds and pillows were great, and during our stay...

「While the room itself was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of information about the area and how to get around. It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient.」
