「1. 欣賞酒店的執房員、整潔及有禮貌，並為顧客設想，我中間有一天沒有安排房間執拾，他們出了張memo 表示48小時後會入房檢查；翌日安排了清潔房間，fill up 了這兩天沒有補充的物品。 2. 欣賞酒店服務質素，我漏了件褲子在酒店，立即有電郵提醒我。 3. 酒店的服務有程序可循，而且盡量做到照顧顧客需要。美中不足 1. 缺乏人情味道，我們帶了$200歐來，只是說不收，沒有詳細教導我們如何兌換。我們在附近超市及鐵路遇到同一問題時，對方的服務員好熱心解答。酒店前台略欠人性化。 2. 周圍的環境及房間仍有大麻味道，特別是窗簾。 4. 安排房間時安排了最低一層，太嘈吵，而且安排了在走廊必經的第一間房，出入皆見到，保安存疑，但貼心之處是在1樓房間前有道門需門卡才可以進入，而解決了同層所有人都可出入的保安漏洞。房間安排應該是一直以來最差的安排。」

「My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest...

「Spacious clean room with spacious bathroom, The hotel is close to number 19 GVB tram station, and about 15minutes walk to Sloterdjik station. There’s not much eatery around, may be that’s why is very quiet at night. Bed is comfy but the pillows are way too soft. The hotel is upgrading all mattresses from 2025.9.29, so hopefully they upgrade the pillows as well. Breakfast is great for €18.」

「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. 」
