"We stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed dining at restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Nice view. Valet was easy. Market had great coffee. A little pricey, but it was convenient. Everyone was helpful. Pool was nice. Water was warm. Overall, we had a gpod time and will stay again. "

"Valet staff was exceptional. Multiple wedding receptions, Reds home games, significant road closures in the immediate area surrounding the hotel due to Cincinnati Pride Parade and an extreme heat wave. Valets were constantly hustling, while remaining professional and pleasant. Despite the chaos, they managed traffic with efficiency and never let the pressure show. Each interaction felt personal and courteous—whether we were coming or going, they greeted us with a smile and ensured a smooth experience. Their dedication and positive attitude truly set the tone for our stay and left a lasting impression. Easily one of the most impressive valet teams we’ve encountered in recent years."
