"The room was in quite poor condition. There was only lukewarm water, the heating was noisy, the tv didn’t work, the lights over the bed flashed and the toilet seat was loose. It was a very stylish hotel but it just needs some maintenance. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable "

"My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful and I would definitely recommend booking their wine tasting - worth it! Restaurant on property is also great and super convenient. The rooms are a bit tight if you have lots of luggage but we made it work. Bathrooms were okay. Always clean but also tight. Shower was lovely - hot water and great pressure. "
