「This condo was very clean and neat. It would be a little tight with four people sharing one bathroom, unless it was a family with children. The elevator was a little funky - it always stops on the first floor on the way down whether you push the button or not! Exit is at B. But, at least there is an elevator! The accommodations were very nice, just BEWARE of the large Property Fee added to the seemingly low nightly price.」

「The cabin was in excellent condition. Beautiful drive up the mountain to get to the cabin. Very clean and well kept. All the appliances as far as coffee pots, utensils, plates and cups, pots and pans are provided as well. The manager over strollin bear was fantastic with helping get everything ready for our Trip. Will definitely be sending everyone to this cabin that wants to stay in gatlinburg!! 」

「The house was beautiful. The showers were great and easy to use. It was easy to communicate with the real estate agent when there was a question. The kitchen was well equipped and the front door lock/combination was easy to use once we got helpful advice. The beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend the cabin. 」

「The property was very undated and beautifully decorated. The landscaping outside was very well done also. We have stayed in some so so places in Pigeon Forge but after staying at Riverstone Resort we wont stay anywhere else. 「The property was very nice in the pictures. Upon arrival things seemed dated and worn (normal wear and tear) there were a few minor issues. There was no water disturbance alarm present as described, the dryer did not work (luckily there is a 24hr laundry down the hill), there was a dustpan present with no broom and door to lower deck will only stay shut when locked. Air hockey had to be plugged in and unplugged to work as power buttons didnt work, and pool table pockets had holes so balls hit...

「Excelente hotel! Cerca de todo y sobre todo de la Isla de Pigeon Forge. El hotel huele super rico y esta muy limpio y super lindo. Nos quedamos solo una noche. Nos atendieron rápido. Incluye el estacionamiento más no el desayuno y tiene un costo de $14.95 por persona. La habitacion estuvo excelente. En fin me encanto todo ! Lo recomiendo y volveria. Lo único que puedo decir es que la persona que me hizo el check in nos atendió bien pero no dijo buenos días ni bienvenido como en otros hoteles...
