豐台4 星級飯店

「大致上都滿意住宿，酒店很大，一進酒店時感覺良好和舒服，地方也乾淨。地理位置理想，附近都是一些名勝古蹟，到故宮，天安門，景山公園都十分近，我們都是騎車過去的。 房間清潔和餐廳服務員態度都十分良好，友善親切，但是前臺的工作人員態度比較冷淡，比較獨自做自己的工作。 酒店沒有冷氣和抽風系統提供，天氣雖然早晚比較涼，但是下午的時間如果待在房裏就十分悶焗，不太習慣。向酒店反映，他們說中央冷氣關掉了他們也沒有辦法，祇有提供小型的送濕機 冷氣機。抽風系統也沒有，去完洗手間後房內空氣比較混濁。 之前在電郵通知過他們，在前台向酒店表示是結婚週年紀念，但是他們一些表示和小小的佈置都沒有，有些失望。」

「The opposite side of my hotel room was office building which privacy would be a problem.」

「The location is right at the center of everything. However, the breakfast is not really up to standard, you can skip this if your package does not include breakfast. There is Mcdonald just around the corner.」

「前台紧急用品不够人性化服务（忘带数据线，卸妆用品），行政房温度偏高，不知道为什么不开中央空调，泳池很好」

「The service is good, they give the items such as hand cream and water to me. But when I book a car, it is 7:20 am but I want to amend earlier to 6:45 am the concierge said would help me ask but send me to breakfast, and said it’s hard to amend that the driver maybe have other order. Which is very unlikely of this time as 6:45-7:20 is very early in the morning and surrounding are all hotels and airport area, not much people needed one. The taxi driver also said he just live nearby. but when I ask...

「I surely admire Mr Roddick in the reception, he was gentle, handful and very polite with us and helped us a lot since we don't speak Chinese ! Very comfy place to spend a long time and even short period it was exceptional place with exceptional receptionist.」

「除了酒店位置离地铁站比较远以外，其它都挺好。房间够宽敞、早餐够丰富、室内泳池有25米长，也够大。」

「Hotels.com has not properly forwarded my reservation to the Crown Plaza, and hence the hotel has no record of my booking. The hotel was pretty fully booked by the time check I was trying to check in, hence I was not given the room that I have reserved for and it took more than half an hour to figure out how to handle my check in. I was totally exhausted by the ordeal, very disappointing in deed !!! 」

「Checkin and checkout is fast. Staff are friendly and polite. The minor issue is the smell of smoking inside the room, which should be left by the last guest of the room.」
