「Stayed at the Sonesta for a graduation ceremony at the Baltimore Convention Center. An easy walk (5-7mins) from the hotel to the convention center. The facility was very clean and offered a great breakfast (extra fee). Definitely a great place to stay.」

「The room and property was beautiful. The only issue was the restaurant. Service was awful, the food was worse and the prices outrageous

「Granted it was memorial weekend but I was surprised Hyatt had trouble handling the volume of people waiting for breakfast. Breakfast is very nice. The matre D did the best he could. I was disappointed in the dress and polish of the employees working the front desk to greet people. I thought Hyatt had higher standards. Location is great and rooms are clean. I asked for a roller bed clerk said 10-15 mins delivery to my room. After an hour I called front desk.. she said yes I see your request....
