"The hotel is great. I was attending a work conference at the exhibition center across the river in Taipei. The late night concierge on the weekend immediately made me feel at home, coming in at 11 pm on my first solo trip to Asia. The breakfast is excellent. Be aware that most of the restaurants amd things to do are on the other side of the river. There is a shuttle about six times a day to the exhibition center, the HSR station and the Lala mall."

"This is our second time stayed in this hotel. We loved the huge hot spring pool inside the room. The location is unbeatable, close to both train and bus stations. We love the convenience and service! "

"If catching a cruise out of Keelung Taiwan it will be difficult to find a better place for a stayover. Exceptionally clean, pretty affordable, and an ideal location all make Evergreen Laurel an excellent choice. Very nice breakfast buffet, too.
