「There are some feedback regarding with the attitude of hotel staffs, but everyone was extremely helpful and nice during my stays which I really appreciated. Location is great! very convenient, internet is fast and stable, gym is small but enough for simple exercise. 」

「The whole place is great. Reception, restaurant, rooms, entry system (facial recognition so no need to carry card keys). Pool is very cool as well and fairly sized, gym a bit simple but does the job. Good location and breakfast is delicious. There’s a lovely lady who makes omelet and tapioca, she’s always happy, smiling, chatty and helpful, a superstar. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in São Paulo. 」
