I was pleasantly surprised how nice it is considering ir was a great price. Awesome gym, nice pool, everything was brand new. Rooms are small but they have a kitchenette which is really convenient. Great grocery store just around the corner.

It was my first time that I stayed in studio in São Paulo, always I stayed in family homes, but this time a decided something different. The studio fitted very well, I’m not tv person but could be better, in my room I didn’t find any paper info about tv functions. Any way thank you Expedia, good job!

This property is very well located. It is close to Inirapusra Mall, 4 minutes' walk, and many good restaurants and delivery options. The staff is very skilled and kind. Breakfast is so good. Maria cares for the breakfast area very well and always smiles good morning to others. They have fresh breads, cakes, cuts, and coffee. The only inconvenience is that the airplanes are noisy. They start landing around 6 a.m. and continue until 10:45 p.m. I will be back because my mom lives around the area. However, if you are on vacation and don't mind the noise, that's a perfect area in Zona Sul, São Paulo.

The Staff, room, and property were all amazing! I needed a room on shorter notice and I'm glad I stayed here. The room had nice amenities, suitable for dining in if preferred. The property also had a nice convenient store area where you can purchase food and drinks.

We thought the apartment was nice but felt slightly dated. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they came and fixed it for us. The main issue we had with the place is that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We did a general cleanup ourselves, but appreciate they offered to come clean it for us. The area was very nice, with a grocery store across the street, within walking distance to the mall and subway. The front desk has a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly to anything you need. We would stay there again.
