"The place is absolutely gross. I’m not sure our room was really cleaned. There were visible hand prints on the sliding door. Wall paper falling off everywhere, furniture in terrible shape, bathroom needed a lot of tlc and the hole place was stinky. Best part was the two ladies at the front desk doing the best they could. "The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. Staff was great! Parking was great!;"
