「Overall the hotel was clean and the people were fabulous. The hotel is somewhat dated and was having many issues I think that were due to recent heavy rains. I saw multiple buckets catching dripping water, and an entire hall was blocked off with an industrial fan blowing.」

「My only complaint was the nook for the fridge/microwave/coffee maker had no power. Everything was plugged in and when toggling the switch on and off there was no power so we couldn’t keep our drinks cold. It wasn’t a big deal so we let the front desk know upon checkout. The room otherwise was excellent! I would stay again and recommend this hotel. 」

「 Our family was at the Aurora Inn for one night on our way to Pennsylvania; it was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived early evening (with 2 hungry grandchildren). After checking in and finding our room we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as it was after 7. The wait staff was great; put us in an out of the way booth to accommodate our 2yr old and 7yr old grands, who were hungry and tired. And the food was fabulous! 「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」
