「Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐」

「Very nice room, clean, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. It seems many hotels have comforters that, to me are very hot and make it difficult to regulate temperature throughout the night. This was that way but I'm sure other people may like them. I would still highly recommend this hotel! Very friendly staff.」

「If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows. They advertise it they have a restaurant open 24/7 with the implication that there's room service but there is not. You can order from a limited item menu and then you...
