「I would strongly suggest you avoid this property. Unit was unsanitary and in disrepair. Filtered water from refrigerator was yellow. Tap water smelled strongly of sewage. Dishes and bathroom in dirty condition. A know leak came from the kitchen sink drain -- obviously an aware issue since a pot was placed beneath it. A curtain rod fell from the wall which nearly struck out sleeping infant. Never received any return communication from the property manager. Lot was incredibly overgrown.」
