「Clean, quiet, very nice staff. Overnight stay in our own area to a gas leak at the house. Last minute booking but no issues getting the room and the staff were more than understanding of the situation such as when I had to race home to see if we would need another night stay or if the league have been repaired. Don't generally stay in my own town but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We stay in hotels quite a bit and it is one of the top 10% we've been in.」

「Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.」

「 The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. 」
