「Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) 「Perfect location to explore upper Kingston on foot. Historic quirky building. Convenient free off street parking. Don’t be put off by the parking area/rear facade. Once you step through the front door you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the artistic wall stenciling and stylish landing. Room was well appointed as pictured on line. Thoughtfully laid out and decorated. Nice sheets and indulgent bath towels. Great water pressure. Spotless room. Gracious hosts. Very comfortable.」

Everything very clean and well appointed. 24/7 Continental breakfast was so convenient with a wide variety of choices to meet everyone’s needs, including gluten-free, dairy, free, etc. The outdoor deck is getting a little worn, but perfectly comfortable with nice seating. Really enjoyed how the room opened onto the front deck if you wanted to pop outside real quick or sit out at the table. It was a lovely spot very close to town. Really a great place to stay.」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...
