"Great place to stay, easy for us to access Dorchester and Weymouth. Staff were all terrific, made the stay very welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable (tiny bits of upkeep needed in the bathroom was my only point of feedback!) Would 100% recommend and stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay . Steve was a lovely host and his breakfast was delicious. The kitchen is being replaced and renewed but we had a delicious homemade pizza one night and breakfast was served from the kitchen in the garden bar, beautiful scenery and so peaceful, it couldn’t be improved on."

"A beautiful pub with stunning garden and setting, great food and beer selection. Staff are really helpful and attentive. Rooms are a little old but still very comfy and have everything you need. I stayed for business in the area but a great place for a holiday stop as well! "
