「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」

「Convenient location for riverwalk. You literally walk out the door and are there. That does mean alot of noise and music on weekend. Excellent staff and service. They do have 2 hotels right across from each other and we and other guests went to the wrong one. Overall great place」

「By far one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the San Antonio area. Blocks away from the Alamodome and Riverwalk. Staff were professional and nice! Not saying this will happen every time but we were able to check in early which really helped our situation. To top it off, the hotel has a secret speak easy with live music and awesome drinks. Order the Godfather. You’re welcome in advance. Definitely will stay here the next time we are in the SA. 」
