「What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. There was somebody at the desk, all the time and they were always very friendly and I found a fabulous little restaurant that I ate at 2 out of my 3 nights probably 30 feet from the front entrance to the building. 「I have booked the hotel with breakfast but finally the hotel staff said this special price can not provide the breakfast. I have checked the price again in hotels.com for the same check-in date when I check-in and found paid euro 1 more then the breakfast can be covered so my booking price is reasonble to get breakfast. Information is inaccurate in web and hotel staff can not help on compensation even you showed the booking information with breakfast.」

「The room is very good and the staff is helpful. There are very limited parking lots in the hotel and so, if you drive, you may need to park your car in the public car park nearby, which is about 5 minutes walk from hotel. The daily parking fee of the public car park is about 26 Euro (for 24 hours). 」

「The hotel is right in the middle of the main shopping area and its location is excellent. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was in a large airy room, obviously the chief reception room of the old palazzo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Altogether a very good choice.」
