The staff seemed nice enough. The room was okay if we were only staying a night, but we did three nights and couldn't wait to leave. The area did not feel safe. But, we could walk to the bus and train depot easily. Would not stay here or in this area again!

Even with 2 people, the neighbourhood was shall we say, intense. I wouldn’t walk alone at night. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it was close to the train. I felt safe walking to and from the property, but across the street from the hotel felt a bit sketchy. But once inside it seemed fine. They gave us our room right away and it was clean and updated. My issue was when i went to take a shower there was a roach in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and they kindly changed my room. But when I went back to get my stuff there were even more roaches. Both small and big. While the staff was extremely friendly I just couldn't sleep there comfortably knowing there were so many bugs in my room.

Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The staff member was arrogant, dismissive, and unhelpful, which made the stay very unpleasant. Front desk service sets the tone for a stay, and this interaction left an impression. Definitely will not come back stay there

The hotel was very nice inside and looked to be newly renovated. However, we got into the hotel at around 11 pm from the train station and the walk felt a little unsafe but it was a very short walk which helped. Once we got into the hotel lobby it was excellent and I definitely recommend staying if you are going to the train station in the morning.

Location is good, nice suprise that the minibar was including you just have to ask cleaning every day that they refill it. Breakfast was ok, lot's of sweet things though.

This property would have been 4-5 star if not for the blatant lies in the property description. This is NOT a waterfront hotel, you cannot even see the waterfront from this hotel. It is at least a 15 min. Walk from anything remotely waterfront. It is also near the train station which, while convenient, makes the area crowded, noisy, dirty, and feels unsafe. Buyer beware, breakfast is NOT included, and is NOT worth the 10 euro per person.

Sängarna var bra och trevlig personal. Men frukosten var mer fika ön frukost. Det som du skulle tänka dig ska vara varmt t.ex äggröran var antingen ljummen eller kall. Det fylldes inte heller på när näglt togs slut ibland på fleradagar.

Hotel dei Mille

Ho soggiornato solo una notte con la famiglia. L'hotel è carino, pulito, accogliente, camere grandi pulite ed insonorizzate. Colazione abbondante, di tutti i tipi. Il personlale gentilissimo e disponibile ad assecondare le nostre esigenze. Ci hanno dato la possibilità sia in arrivo di prima mattina e poi dopo il ceck out di lasciare gli zaini custoditi, chiusi con chiave. A fianco un bagno piccolo ma pulito, essenziale quando sei in giro a passeggiare dove ti puoi sistemare e dare una rinfrescata, cosa che b&b non hanno. La zona è a 100 metri dalla stazione centrale comodo per gli spostamenti, .a come in ogni città chi più chi meno, unica pecca che la zona è in posizione un po di degrado che al primo impatto coglie il turista un pò sprovvisato, ma è pieno di forze dell'ordine a tenere il tutto sotto controllo.
