「The air conditioing did not work the three nights we stayed. After asking the fromt desk three times for maintenance to come to the room, we found out it was a larger issue for multiple guests, but no real solutions. Maintenance never came to the room. No offer to move us to a room with working a/c or a break on the room cost. 」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「Room dirty upon check in. Dirty socks in closet. Pull out sofa had dirty sheets on pull out sofa and dirty pajamas under sofa bed. Bathroom floor dirty and half eaten pretzels on den floor- main floor」

「The pool heat was broken. The hot tub had no water. 1 of 2 elevators broken. HVAC system was broken. The room was okay.」

「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」
