"Loved it "

"The room really wasn’t cleaned at all and it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t open when that is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. But other than that, everything was good. Unfortunately it seems like no hotel has truly clean rooms anymore. But not changing sheets and thoroughly cleaning bathroom is unsanitary and unacceptable."

"Comfortable room"

"This was such a "hidden" (recently-opened) gem! My husband and I stayed over a long weekend for our anniversary and were happily surprised by the luxurious feel of the hotel, including our room, the downstairs restaurant Ladder 13, and the kind and eager-to-help staff. The historic location is also a very cool aspect of staying here (including garage doors that open to connect the lobby to the city) and the mission behind the owner's story made this our favorite place we have ever stayed. We would highly recommend!"

"Before I reserved I call them whether the hot tub is working the front desk said yes, however, the manager said it has been broken for 5 months when I checked in. I tried to cancel it with hotel.com. But it was very hard and I stayed in with a big disappointment. The room smells so bad, so I asked to change."
